Darroll Powe Joins Phantoms And Other Princeton Signings

Former Princeton men’s hockey player Darroll Powe signed with the Phantoms of the AHL, the team announced Wednesday.

Powe spent several seasons with the Phantoms after graduating from Princeton in 2007.  Powe made his NHL debut in 2008-09 with the Flyers, where he played until moving to Minnesota in 2011-12.

In 329 NHL games, Powe recorded 28 goals, 56 points and 2014 penalty minutes.

With Princeton, Powe appeared in 120 games.
